What is PolyXR?

PolyXR is an interactive experience creation platform that helps users turn existing 3D models into product visualizations, guided walkthroughs, assembly experiences, training content, and web, AR, or VR presentations.

Is PolyXR available now?

PolyXR is currently in development. Two working interactive demos are available, while the self-service authoring platform is being prepared for early access.

Do I need an existing 3D model?

The initial PolyXR workflow is designed for users who already have a 3D model of their product, equipment, assembly, or environment.

Can PolyXR create an experience from a prompt?

AI-assisted authoring is one of the features currently being developed. The goal is to let users describe the experience they want and generate a structured starting point that can be reviewed and refined.

Does PolyXR generate the actual 3D model?

PolyXR is initially focused on creating interactive experiences from existing 3D models. Generating production-ready 3D models entirely from text is not part of the initial release.

What types of experiences can I create?

PolyXR is being designed for product visualizations, guided walkthroughs, assembly sequences, technical explanations, training experiences, customer presentations, and immersive web, AR, or VR experiences.

Will PolyXR support AR and VR?

PolyXR experiences are being designed for browser delivery, with supported experiences extending into augmented and virtual reality on compatible devices.
